Brethra Shipping Policy


Order Processing & Crafting

Every Brethra ring is crafted to order.

Once your order is placed, your piece enters production with our manufacturing partners. This process ensures precision, finish, and quality.

  • Production time: approximately 2 weeks

Quality Handling & Dispatch

After production, your ring is securely shipped to us for final inspection, packaging, and dispatch.

  • Transit to Brethra: approximately 2 weeks
  • Final handling & dispatch: up to 7 days

This final stage ensures your ring meets our standards before it reaches you.


Estimated Delivery Time

Total estimated timeframe from order to delivery:

  • New Zealand: 4–5 weeks
  • Australia: 4–6 weeks

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on demand, location, and external factors.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from Brethra, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or postal service disruptions
  • Customs processing (for Australian orders)
  • High demand or peak periods

Brethra is not liable for delays outside of our control, but we will always work to keep you informed.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Brethra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at:
