- Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on display settings
- Each piece may develop natural character over time, including minor scratches or wear
This is consistent with the nature of precious metals and plated finishes.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
3. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Orders are only accepted once payment has been processed and confirmation has been issued.
Custom pieces (including engraved or made-to-size rings) cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated
- Prices may change without notice
- Shipping costs and any applicable duties (particularly for Australia) are additional

5. SHIPPING
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk transfers to you once the item has been dispatched.
6. RETURNS & CONSUMER RIGHTS
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under:
- The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
- The Australian Consumer Law
Where a product is faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a remedy.
